“For 54 years I was a tailor and I was good at it. I never had a shop of mine with assistants and always worked for others. As you grow old, you lose the sharpness in eyesight and it starts affecting your work. So, I had no choice to give up my tailoring practice.
I stayed at home for a few months and it bored me to death. Luckily, a friend of mine referred me to this job and overnight, I became a security guard. It’s been a year now and I am used to this work. I come in the night shifts and keep an eye on these premises. It amuses me when people say my eyes are pretty sharp and I can catch movements easily. Guess, I have to thank all those of years of tailoring for it.”
