Team HOA: Hello. What do you do?
Boy: Hello. My name is Abhinav and I am studying in class 6 at Ambitus International School.
Team HOA: Okay! Where are you from? Your accent is slightly different from Indian accent.
Boy: Oh yes. I used to be in Australia because I am an Australian citizen. My parents are from India actually but we have relocated there. Now we are back here because we wanted to be with our grandparents.
Team HOA: Oh, that’s nice to hear. Since when you have been riding a bicycle? What is the purpose behind it?
Boy: I prefer cycling because it provides a good and healthy lifestyle for us. I have been riding since I was 4 years old so that means about 7 years now. I am riding because I like to travel to destinations that are close and explore new places. I have an electric cycle so it’s pretty easy for me to get anywhere.
Team HOA: Oh, okay. For how long you have been staying in India?
Boy: I have been in India since last February so it’s been one year.
Team HOA: Nice. Which sport do you play the most?
Boy: I play Cricket. I like both the cricket teams; Australia and India.
Team HOA: Awesome. Well, there’s a tough fight with the Australian team in the recent test series, especially the fourth test. What are your views on it?
Boy: It was a fair game. Honestly, when it comes to India and Australia, I don’t really support anyone. I just like to watch and learn from the game.
Team HOA: That’s great. What else you play apart from Cricket?
Boy: Well, I play Cricket the most but apart from that, I also play badminton, basketball, soccer, tennis.
Team HOA: Okay. What do you want to be when you grow up?
Boy: I want to become a physician when I grow up and make the world a better place, especially the places where there are fewer medical resources.
Team HOA: That’s wonderful. Do you have plans to go back to Australia?
Boy: No. I haven’t really planned so far. I wish to meet my friends in Australia at least twice a year. We stay in touch with each other on Gmail and Skype but yeah, I do miss them a lot. But that’s okay, I have made new friends in India. I hope I could stay in touch with all of them in the future!
