Ever since the lockdown began, I have utilized the time I spend alone to really understand my inner self. I slowly cultivated the habit of cooking food for myself, practicing meditation, and writing. It has drastically improved my emotional wellbeing and concentration. I was honestly so surprised by the impact of meditation! I began making time to understand myself, and to embrace solitude and practice self-discipline. I didn’t need social-media or a smartphone to fill that feeling of emptiness. All of this has helped me develop a better understanding of myself. I will cherish this lifestyle, and continue to understand myself better!”
