“Dusshera has always been a special festival for me. Back in my hometown in Rajamahendravaram, my cousins and I would have a lot of fun celebrating the festival at my village.

My mom would make delicious Bobbatlu and Payasam – my favourite festive dishes. Four years ago, I moved to Vijayawada for work.

I try going home for Dusshera every year, but this time I couldn’t get leave from work. No worries! I have couriered a surprise gift to my parents. Hopefully, it will make their day this Dussehra even without me!”
