“When I first learned to mend the shoes and sandals as a young kid, it was an enjoyable experience. But now I
realise, had I been given a chance to go to school, I would have opted for it. Education is really important to lead a good life in the world. My parents told me this has been our hereditary profession and that’s how I got into this. Although I don’t regret continuing this task, I always wondered if I could someday earn a white-collar job.
